Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpinnHR (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the actions of any team members you invite.
2. Acceptable use
You will not (a) reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public components of the Service; (b) upload malicious content or content that infringes another party's rights; (c) use the Service to send unsolicited communications or violate applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing for renewing terms with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and back up your data solely to provide the Service.
5. Service levels
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. Service credits, if any, are described in your subscription documentation.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause risk to other customers.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpinnHR's parent entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
