This Privacy Policy describes how SpinnHR ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). It applies to all visitors and account holders.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company name, and billing details — and information generated by your use of the Service, including log data, device information, IP address, and product usage events.

To deliver and maintain the Service.
To process payments and prevent fraud.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we retain backups for up to 90 days, then permanently delete.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, audited, and protected with multi-factor authentication.

7. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers are located, you understand your information may be transferred internationally and processed under the privacy laws of those countries.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
