This Privacy Policy describes how SpinnHR ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). It applies to all visitors and account holders.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, audited, and protected with multi-factor authentication.

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
