Refund Policy

We want every customer to be confident in their decision to use SpinnHR. This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available.
1. 14-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial at any time and pay nothing.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are not refundable. You may cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused months if you cancel within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal. After 30 days, refunds are not available.
4. Add-ons and one-time charges
Module purchases, storage upgrades, and other one-time charges are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@wprobo.com with your account email and order reference. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions
If a service-level failure causes a sustained outage, we may issue service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
